Carrying immense respect in our hearts for talent, our aim is to provide a platform for individuals who want to make a career in the Media & Entertainment Industry.
MEE School aspires to train One million youth contributing to India’s mission ‘Skill Capital of the world’ by 2025” & the founder Pratibha Pulijalaa is on a mission to launch the ‘HI’ (Honhar India) Campaign.
Here is a little about her:
➔ A Talent Nurture Coach, NSDC Certified Master Trainer & Lead Assessor.
➔ A competent professional with nearly 25 years of rich & versatile experience in Human Resource, Training , Skill Development, CSR Activities and Strategic Project Management.
➔ A strong visionary with a track record of directing Corporate Social Responsibility with a key focus on volunteerism & community development.
When asked about her plans for the campaign, she says
``Branching out from MEE School, the sole aim of the ‘HI’ Campaign is to do away with the existing taboo on hiring the unskilled/unorganised sector. We are working on “Changing the way the world hires them” This campaign will be taken across the country & the highlights are:
➔ The programmes are not restricted to Media & Entertainment only. They include……. (Aviation ,Hospitaity & Tourism, Electronics )
➔ They will be extended to rural & sub-urban areas which will in turn ensure trained personnel & employment opportunities.
➔ The same curriculum that is offered in MEE School is subsidized for them. The courses are designed to suit their lifestyle, monetary status with flexible timings to accommodate the jobs they do for their livelihood.
