Working towards proficiency & self-reliance, with the core aim to bridge the gap prevailing in the industry’s hiring system, where the skilled are looked up as a notch up only because they carry a certification, Pratibha Pulijala is bringing to action the ‘Honhaar India Campaign.’ In her journey through the years of training & HR she observed that there is immense talent that goes unrecognized. The reasons may be aplenty, from socio economic to reach. We have taken up the drive to certify talent across borders and across socio economic barriers.
It did not take Pratibha Pulijala too long to look up to the Government & simultaneously partner with Kartavya Foundation, Career Heights, & APS.

Through this endeavour to up-skill workers in the unorganized sector, we aim to up-skill and certify unskilled or semi-skilled workers working in GHMC dept, in sanitation & waste collectors dept as SAFAI-KARMACHARIs. The skills training would create better livelihood opportunities & also empower them with best practices.
5. Career Heights:
Implementing Flagship program PMKVY of skill Development in MESC Sector, as Advisor South region. Conducted Popular program RPL of Film & Television, Photography & Events fraternity in South India, Conducted Up skilling and Certification for reputed Media houses like MTF, TFI, TVPA, TGVPWA,AKPA etc…
6. APS (Arise Progress Succeed)
Implemented skill development program RPL for MESC across Orissa –Goa & AP, Tamilnadu FEFSI,FEFKA,KPA & for Synchroserve for Telangana Telugu Film & Television fraternity.
This movement will trigger the “Atma Nirbar Barath” to a different Paradigm which envelops the whole globe, with Indian glory we carry in our heart.
